Great service, affordable, and kind! Our organization was in Kenya for a week long trip with over 20 people and Bamm Tours was AMAZING! Our driver, Samuel, was very kind, responsive, and always there for us when we needed him. The company was easy to connect with via WhatsApp and Email, and we always felt safe while traveling. I cannot recommend this company enough! Our organization has been traveling to Nairobi for over 15 years and this was the best experience we’ve had with a driver and tour company!

I appreciated the professionalism, and due diligence and how things were pleasantly formal, yet the customer service being commendable. With Nairobi having a reputation for shady enterprises, Bamm Tours and Safaris is legitimate and professional and I intend on being a repeat customer. The vehicle I took (Toyota Prado) was also in great condition and our trip was comfortable and fruitful.

We used the company to book an airport transfer in the middle of the night and for transport from Mombasa to Malindi and back. The drivers were on time and incredibly respectful. Cars were in great condition and communication with Irene was proactive, clear, and efficient. Would definitely use them again!

Bam and especially our driver Joseph absolutely made our trip! From the first contact communication was quick easy and efficient. It was also extremely good value. We were a group of 11 including 7 kids aged 5-14. Joseph was there to meet us at Nairobi airport and from that moment until he dropped us at Arusha airport he was kind, fun and most importantly we always felt incredibly safe with him. They provided me with a spacious salon car and assigned me a driver named Peter, who arrived on time and was professional and courteous throughout the journey. The cost was also very affordable, and I have since used their services for four more trips. I highly recommend Bammtours for business or leisure travel in Kenya

We had a wedding during that period and we were struggling to find wedding cars. Bam tours came to our rescue again, with the most amazing deal. We hired two prados from BAM Tours and they were delivered on time and spankling clean. They also asked us about our preference and recommended the best cars for our wedding. They were more affordable than most of the other car rentals we had looked at. On our last day in Kenya we needed an errands car to move around Nairobi shopping for gifts and later drop us off at the airport, we figured Uber would not be so reliable because we were to move around with our laggage,we called Bam Tours again and they gave us one of their minivans and a driver who drove us around Nairobi and later dropped us off at the airport.
I give them a 5 star for their exceptional services, I especially loved the fact that they ask you about the nature of your trip to help you get the best vehicle that suits your needs. Their customer services team has very wonderful and kind people and their drivers are very professional and nice people. We were so impressed.

I dont know how i can thank Bamm Tours for the help that you offered today! So, our travel agent had booked us on the Morning Train to Mombasa but had told everyone in the office that it was in the afternoon only for him to call each one of us in the morning and tell us that the Train was in deed leaving in the morning and not in the afternoon as we had earlier been communicated. he had tried to rush us to the SGR Syokimau but we arrived late. we searched on the internet for the bus to take us to Mombasa and we found Bamm Tours. They responded quickly and we made it to be in Mombasa by Evening! Whats more we actually ended up staying with the bus in our entire stay with the help of your amazing driver Patrick!
