The minimum number of days that you can hire any type of self-drive car is Two.
For 1-day car hire, we recommend hiring a car with a driver.

Different types of vehicles are charged differently. Please contact our office for your quotation. Prices normally change depending on your rental duration, location, and vehicle type.

Example, Salon cars is 30$, a Crossover is 60$, an MPV vans is 60$, 4×4 full size is 120$ and 250$ for a Toyota V8

Yes. Our minimum age is 29 years. Please find the terms and conditions of our self-drive car rental policies.

Yes. Bamm Tours is the best transport company for all your Airport transfer services. Please let us know which Airport you would love to be picked up from.

Yes. All you will need to do is tell us in advance. Additionally, you may be required to pay additional fees for the driver to pick up the vehicle from your drop-off location.

Normally, whenever you rent a car from us, we either give it to you while a full tank or an empty tank. You return the same fuel level. Please check our terms and conditions here.

Insurance for the car in case of total damage is included. However, for small incidences, you pay directly.

We offer free mileage self-drive car hire.

Yes. For example, driver fees in case you need the delivery and pick up to your convenient location. Extensions daily fees – when you exceed your rental period. Car wash- you need to return the car as clean as you were initially handed over.

CANCELLATION POLICY.
1. Any cancellation made less than 3 days prior, will be charged 50% of the total booking.
2. Any cancellation made less than 7 days prior, will be charged 10% of the total booking.
3. Any cancellation made less than 14 days prior, will be charged 0% of the total booking.

Yes, you can. Every time you do that, always notify us in advance. Please make sure he’s a competent driver whom you can trust to drive your car on our behalf.

No. We accept either an international driving Licence or a Kenyan license which is current and valid.

We can either repair the car for you while you wait for a few hours. Alternatively, we can replace the vehicle for you in case the damage is major and not for your own cause.

No. Normally, since you advise us on where you intend to drive in advance, we factor it in before we rent out the car to you.

Yes. Sometimes, a need may arise that makes you change your rental agreement. Such as the rental duration or the rental location. Whenever such happens, always communicate with us in advance.

Yes. Normally, many customers have reached out to Bamm Tours to provide courtesy cars for hire once theirs is under repair by their insurance companies.

No. We prefer the person booking for a self-drive car hire to be the same one to drive it. In circumstances when you are booking for someone else, always let us know in advance.

This is just a scenario whereby you hire the car with a full tank of petrol/ diesel/ gas and return it as empty as possible. Normally, we would ask you for the initial fuel at the point of picking it up.

No. We have two options. Either you hire it in a Full tank and return it full tank or Empty to empty policy.
