We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred vehicle and ensure a confirmed driver assignment. However, we also handle same-day and even same-hour bookings.

We accept M-Pesa (Paybill and Till number), Visa and Mastercard via secure payment link, bank transfer in KES or USD.  Also, international wire transfers in USD, GBP, and EUR for diaspora and international clients. Payment can be made before the transfer or in cash on arrival, your choice.

Standard airport transfer prices do not automatically include the Nairobi Expressway toll. The Expressway can save 20–40 minutes of travel time during peak traffic. If you would like your driver to use the Expressway, this is available as an add-on for KES 1,290 ($10) per transfer.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the transfer receive a full refund. Cancellations made 12–24 hours before the transfer incur a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 12 hours of the transfer (or no-shows) are non-refundable.
