We hire out nine different 7-seater vans across Kenya, starting at KES 10,000 per day for a Toyota Noah or Voxy. If you want something more executive, the Toyota Alphard and Vellfire go from KES 15,000, while the Prado TX120 gives you 4×4 capability from KES 12,000.

The 7-seater is the sweet spot for families and small teams. It fits a family of five with airport luggage, or six colleagues heading to a meeting, without the cost or the parking headache of a 14-seater. Because it drives like a car, we can also release it to you on self-drive, unlike our larger vans.

You can collect from any of our six offices in Nairobi, Mombasa, Diani, Nakuru, Eldoret or Nanyuki, or we can deliver to your home, hotel or the airport. Every van is chauffeur-driven by a vetted professional unless you book self-drive, and every one is fully insured and regularly serviced.

Our 7-seater vans are among the few group vehicles you can drive yourself in Kenya. So if you want the keys in your own hands and room for a family or small team, this is your category. Self-drive minivans start at KES 7,000 per day or KES 150,000 per month.

To hire self-drive, you need a valid Kenyan licence or an International Driving Permit, plus your ID or passport. Drivers must be aged 29 to 70 with at least four years of experience. The minimum hire is three days. A refundable deposit of KES 50,000 applies to minivans such as the Noah and Voxy, and we return it within 48 hours of a clean handback. Insurance is included through a Collision Damage Waiver, with your liability capped at 10 percent of the vehicle value. Fuel is not included, so return the van at the level you collected it.

Do you have a preferred make? Most of our 7-seater vans are Toyota, because Toyota parts and service are available everywhere in Kenya. The Noah and Voxy are our everyday workhorses, while the Alphard and Vellfire suit executive travel. If you need 4×4, the Prado TX120 and TX150 also seat seven.

Nissan gives you the Serena and the Elgrand, both comfortable MPVs with sliding doors. Honda offers the Stepwagon, which is popular with families for its low step-in height. For business-class travel, we also run the Mercedes Viano.
