Subsequently, we kindly request a 30% payment of the total amount to secure your reservation. Upon receipt of the booking fee, we proceed to reserve a car for you. The remaining balance is due on the morning of your departure, ensuring that all details of the car and driver align with your booking confirmation. In the event of any changes to the vehicle or driver, we will proactively notify you well in advance.

Self-drive car hire

Please note that management reserves the right to allow any car to be used for self-drive. Furthermore, rest assured that the information you share with us will not be utilized for any other purposes.

Upon document submission, we require a minimum of one day for thorough verification. Once your documents are approved, we will notify you and share an invoice. Upon invoice approval, we will provide images of the booked vehicle. A 30% reservation fee is required. The remaining balance is settled upon receiving your self-drive car, ensuring all details align with the initial agreement. Please note that we expect the car to be returned in the same condition it was delivered, clean and with the same amount of fuel. A refundable deposit equivalent to one day of hire may be required for first-time customers. If you encounter any issues while driving, please contact us immediately. While we prioritize car maintenance, unforeseen mechanical issues can occur. We recommend fueling at Shell or Total petrol stations nationwide, maintaining at least a quarter tank of fuel to avoid inconvenience. Adherence to traffic rules is crucial, and we, as the premier car hire agency in Kenya, are not responsible for driving-related incidents. In conclusion, we wish you a safe and enjoyable journey.
