Bam and especially our driver Joseph absolutely made our trip! From the first contact communication was quick easy and efficient. It was also extremely good value. We were a group of 11 including 7 kids aged 5-14. Joseph was there to meet us at Nairobi airport and from that moment until he dropped us at Arusha airport he was kind, fun and most importantly we always felt incredibly safe with him. We would highly recommend and would definitely book again. Thank you Joseph and Bam! 10/10.

I made use of Bamm Tours’ services multiple times while on a work trip in Nairobi. They were extremely professional and always responded to last minute requests. I definitely recommend them!

Bam Tours exceeded our expectations and I honestly don’t know of any car rental in Nairobi better than Bam Tours. We hired a vacation tour van from them during our entire holiday in Kenya. That is after we had searched and searched the Internet without finding what we were looking for. We at first wanted a minivan but due to the nature of our vacation they recommended a van, and we couldn’t be happier because the van really served us. We also got a driver from them (Solomon) who was super nice and an excellent time keeper! He traveled with us around Kenya and was very patient with us and accommodative. He became our friend and even attended our wedding and gave us a gift😊🤗. The van was in very good condition and super clean when they were delivering it and we had a very smooth trip.
We had a wedding during that period and we were struggling to find wedding cars. Bam tours came to our rescue again, with the most amazing deal. We hired two prados from BAM Tours and they were delivered on time and spankling clean. They also asked us about our preference and recommended the best cars for our wedding. They were more affordable than most of the other car rentals we had looked at. On our last day in Kenya we needed an errands car to move around Nairobi shopping for gifts and later drop us off at the airport, we figured Uber would not be so reliable because we were to move around with our laggage,we called Bam Tours again and they gave us one of their minivans and a driver who drove us around Nairobi and later dropped us off at the airport.
I give them a 5 star for their exceptional services, I especially loved the fact that they ask you about the nature of your trip to help you get the best vehicle that suits your needs. Their customer services team has very wonderful and kind people and their drivers are very professional and nice people. We were so impressed.

It’s been one amazing journey with Driver Robert to Mararal from Nairobi his patience was exemplary,driving perfect and we enjoyed his company too. The vehicle was clean well maintained and the whole Bamm team was supportive.Thanks again Bamm tours

Being an Australian in Kenya you only want to use the best driving service. On another note this company can pick up and drive you to many locations outside Nairobi and also the SGR train if traveling to Mombassa. best car to pick is the V8 Landcruiser or Range Rover Service, both cars are late model and very well kept.

I dont know how i can thank Bamm Tours for the help that you offered today! So, our travel agent had booked us on the Morning Train to Mombasa but had told everyone in the office that it was in the afternoon only for him to call each one of us in the morning and tell us that the Train was in deed leaving in the morning and not in the afternoon as we had earlier been communicated. he had tried to rush us to the SGR Syokimau but we arrived late. we searched on the internet for the bus to take us to Mombasa and we found Bamm Tours.
