Bam Tours exceeded our expectations and I honestly don’t know of any car rental in Nairobi better than Bam Tours. We hired a vacation tour van from them during our entire holiday in Kenya. That is after we had searched and searched the Internet without finding what we were looking for. We at first wanted a minivan but due to the nature of our vacation they recommended a van, and we couldn’t be happier because the van really served us. We also got a driver from them (Solomon) who was super nice and an excellent time keeper! He traveled with us around Kenya and was very patient with us and accommodative. He became our friend and even attended our wedding and gave us a gift😊🤗. The van was in very good condition and super clean when they were delivering it and we had a very smooth trip.
We had a wedding during that period and we were struggling to find wedding cars. Bam tours came to our rescue again, with the most amazing deal. We hired two prados from BAM Tours and they were delivered on time and spankling clean. They also asked us about our preference and recommended the best cars for our wedding. They were more affordable than most of the other car rentals we had looked at. On our last day in Kenya we needed an errands car to move around Nairobi shopping for gifts and later drop us off at the airport, we figured Uber would not be so reliable because we were to move around with our laggage,we called Bam Tours again and they gave us one of their minivans and a driver who drove us around Nairobi and later dropped us off at the airport.
I give them a 5 star for their exceptional services, I especially loved the fact that they ask you about the nature of your trip to help you get the best vehicle that suits your needs. Their customer services team has very wonderful and kind people and their drivers are very professional and nice people. We were so impressed.

I needed a chauffeured car for an important business trip from Nairobi to Naivasha, and I was glad to learn about Bammtours through a marketing event. They provided me with a spacious salon car and assigned me a driver named Peter, who arrived on time and was professional and courteous throughout the journey. The cost was also very affordable, and I have since used their services for four more trips. I highly recommend Bammtours for business or leisure travel in Kenya

I can hounestly say this is a trusted tour and driver service in Nairobi Kenya. I recently used Bamm for travel and drving needs in Kenya and needed high security for me and my family. Being an Australian in Kenya you only want to use the best driving service. On another note this company can pick up and drive you to many locations outside Nairobi and also the SGR train if traveling to Mombassa. best car to pick is the V8 Landcruiser or Range Rover Service, both cars are late model and very well kept.

My people would like to to thank Bamm Tours & Safaris for their services. Mr. Irungu (The driver) was in CBD by 4:45Am. He was patient and cooperative with the pickups. The journey was smooth. The return trip was equally good with timely drop-offs. I highly recommend Mr.Irungu in terms of professionalism and customer care. The comfort levels were as well beyond expectation. I dont know how i can thank Bamm Tours for the help that you offered today! So, our travel agent had booked us on the Morning Train to Mombasa but had told everyone in the office that it was in the afternoon only for him to call each one of us in the morning and tell us that the Train was in deed leaving in the morning and not in the afternoon as we had earlier been communicated. he had tried to rush us to the SGR Syokimau but we arrived late. we searched on the internet for the bus to take us to Mombasa and we found Bamm Tours. They responded quickly and we made it to be in Mombasa by Evening! Whats more we actually ended up staying with the bus in our entire stay with the help of your amazing driver Patrick! Bam and especially our driver Joseph absolutely made our trip! From the first contact communication was quick easy and efficient. It was also extremely good value. We were a group of 11 including 7 kids aged 5-14. Joseph was there to meet us at Nairobi airport and from that moment until he dropped us at Arusha airport he was kind, fun and most importantly we always felt incredibly safe with him. Wonderful company . Very communicative , great customer service. Accommodated all our requests. Great value for your money. The best tour driver ever. (Ask for Tony) He knows everything and I mean everything about animals , plants, the people the area, the history.
