   1. Dates: When do you need the car (start and end date)?
   2. Destination: Will you be mainly driving in the city (Nairobi, Mombasa) or tackling upcountry and national park roads (e.g., Maasai Mara, Samburu)?
   3. Passengers & Luggage: How many people will be travelling, and how many large pieces of luggage do you have? This determines the necessary size and capacity.
   4. Service: Do you prefer Self-Drive (freedom) or a Chauffeur-Driven vehicle (local expertise and comfort)?

Step 2: Receive Your Customised Quote

   3. Mileage: Whether the quote is for unlimited mileage (recommended for long road trips) or a limited daily distance.
   4. Security Deposit: The required refundable deposit amount for self-drive hires.

Step 3: Secure Your Booking (The Payment)

To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30% or full payment, depending on the length of the hire and how far in advance you are booking.

      2. Mobile Money (M-Pesa, etc.)
      3. Major Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard) via the Pesapal link.
   2. Documentation Required (Self-Drive):
      1. Copy of your valid Driving License (Kenyan or International).
      2. Copies of both you and your Next of Kin’s ID or Passport.
      3. Place of your residence or work station.
      4. Note: For self-drive, you must be over 29 years of age and have held a valid license for at least two years.

Step 4: Vehicle Inspection and Documentation

This is the handover stage, where you inspect the vehicle and sign the final paperwork.

1. The Handover: We can deliver the car to your location (airport, hotel, or residence within city limits), or you can pick it up from our office.
2. The Inspection: We conduct a joint walk-around of the vehicle, noting any pre-existing minor scratches or dents on the official handover form. This protects both you and Bamm Tours.
3. The Contract: You will sign the final Rental Agreement, which outlines the terms and conditions, including fuel policy and emergency procedures.
4. Action: Carefully inspect the car, ensure you understand the emergency contacts, and sign the agreement. Take photos or video of the car with your phone for your records.
